2. Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and talented UX Researcher with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in wireframes and prototyping, medium knowledge in information architecture and workflow, and familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.3. Key Responsibilities :- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive and user-friend products.- Analyze research data and present findings to stakeholders.- Assist in the creation and maintenance of information architecture and workflow documents.- Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator to create high-quality design assets.- Participate in usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and techniques.4. Required Qualifications :- 6 months to 1 year of experience in UX research and design.- High proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes.- Medium knowledge of information architecture and workflow.- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to present research findings and design ideas clearly and effectively.- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.- Experience in conducting usability testing and user interviews.- Understanding of basic front-end development principles.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
