Job Description :Our client is the world's largest manufacturer of central processing units and semiconductorsThey are looking for Senior DFX Engineer to be based at Bangalore with the following :- Total 5 to 10 year of experience with 5+ years in DFT / DFX.- Must have experience in Scan design, Scan DRC, Scan Insertion, Scan Compression, Boundary Scan- Must have experience in JTAG, iJTAG, TAP 3.0.- Must have experience in ATPG Faults, Fault models, ATPG Coverage- Must have experience in ATPG for Stuck-at and Transition fault models and Pattern Simulations- Must have expereince in ICL-PDL verification, TDR verification- Education: BTech/ BE ( EC,EEE,CS ) MTech - VLSI- Budget: Open for right candidate (ref:hirist.tech)
