We are Hiring 'Solution Architect ' for our client.Experience : 7-12 years Job Location : Navi MumbaiKey Responsibilities :- Designing tailored network and security architecture solutions that meet clients' specific needs and align with industry best practices.- Leading the implementation and deployment of networking and security solutions while ensuring adherence to design principles and industry standards.- Providing expert technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams, including engineers and support staff.- Collaborating in the evaluation and selection of networking and security products, tools, and technologies, offering insights for their integration into solution designs.- Contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of solution architecture activities.Autonomy Level: Master's degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience.- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 2-4 years in managing IT services and professionals across diverse geographies and organizational cultures.- Proven experience in external vendor management within an international context.- Familiarity with the manufacturing/process industry and best practice solutions in shared solutions space.- Proficiency in relevant infrastructure services.- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with analytical and structured approaches.Skills/Competencies:- Strong understanding of core network services and Microsoft Azure (Networking/AAD).- Experience with cloud-based remote access solutions and Micro Segmentation tools, preferably Guardicore.- Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management.- Ability to maintain neutrality towards technology, vendor, and product choices, prioritizing results over personal preferences.- Capacity to balance long-term strategic considerations with short-term decision-making.- Proficiency in both the 'big picture' view and detailed analysis.- Excellent integration skills to foster cooperation between suppliers and internal resources.- Fluency in written and spoken English.- Dedication to maintaining high-quality standards and strong analytical abilities.- Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
