Job:Production Supervisor Location: Chennai Experience:5-10 Years Skills: Good in problem solving techniques using scientific tools. Good knowledge in 5S activities. Drive Safety culture inside the shop floor. Follow SOP in the process and bring in Quality a way of life. Make Operators responsible for the component Quality Work continuously on projects to improve productivity (Cycle time reduction, Automation projects, multi machine concepts etc). Ensure components availability on time to meet the Norms targets. Drive projects to save cost. New Product Development from proto build to Implementation and Norms fixation. Experience in handling a production shop floor of about 100 operators.
