Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership : - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. - Oversee the development and maintenance of Java-based applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Technical Expertise : - Utilize strong proficiency in Java programming to design, develop, and maintain robust applications. - Work with AWS services to deploy and manage cloud-based applications. - Implement and optimize search functionality using Elastic Search. Project Management : - Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Development Practices : - Ensure adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding standards. Problem Solving and Analysis : - Utilize excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.Technical Skills :- Proficient in Java programming.- Experienced with AWS services for cloud-based application deployment and management.- Skilled in implementing and optimizing search functionality using Elastic Search.- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.- Expertise in code reviews and enforcing coding standards.Core Java :- Strong understanding of core Java concepts including object-oriented programming (OOP), inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction.- Proficiency in Java Standard Edition (Java SE) and familiarity with Java Development Kit (JDK) and Java Runtime Environment (JRE).Frameworks and Libraries :- Experience with popular Java frameworks such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and Hibernate.- Knowledge of build tools like Maven and Gradle.Web Technologies :- Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with JavaServer Pages (JSP) and Servlets.- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
