Job Description :We are seeking an experienced and certified OutSystems Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in OutSystems architecture. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise applications using OutSystems, along with leading and mentoring a team of developers.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement robust architecture for complex enterprise applications using OutSystems.- Develop OutSystems Web, Mobile, and Front-End applications.Technical Leadership :- Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of solutions.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.- Promote best practices in OutSystems development, ensuring high-quality code and performance optimization.Integration and APIs :- Integrate third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and technologies, including C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and other web technologies.Architecture Dashboard and DevOps : - Utilize the OutSystems Architecture Dashboard to monitor and improve application architecture.- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline the development process.Project Management :- Plan and manage projects using Agile methodologies.- Monitor project progress, control budgets, and manage risks and issues.- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.Data Modeling :- Perform data modeling and database design using Oracle or SQL databases.- Develop and optimize PLSQL scripts as needed.Team Leadership and Culture Building :- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.- Organize and encourage participation in hackathons, technical events, and other team-building activities.Motivate team members to achieve their best and contribute to the success of the projects.Communication and Collaboration :- Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Required Skills and Experience :Professional Certification :- Certified OutSystems professional.Technical Proficiency :- Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture and development.- Proficient in OutSystems Web, Mobile, and Front-End application development.- Experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web Technologies, and SOAP/REST API technologies.- Strong understanding of OOAD/OOP/UML and principles of TDD/BDD.- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.- Proficient in data modeling and PLSQL scripting.DevOps and CI/CD :- Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration within the OutSystems platform.Project Management :- Proven experience in project planning, budget control, milestone management, and risk management using Agile methodology.Leadership and Mentorship :- Strong track record of leading and delivering quality projects within timelines.- Proven ability to build, coach, and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
