Roles and Responsibilities :- Communicating with team members and clients requires strong active listening skills, clear verbal and nonverbal communication, and effective writing skills.- Meeting with the Product owner, System Architect to understand the system requirements.- Troubleshooting technical issues and developing effective solutions- Drive innovation within the solution set by applying new technology and facilitating the development of software interactions, connections and transactions that enable data value-exchange and support platform strategy- Collaborate with stakeholders (Solution Architect, Development, Product) to understand the market requirements, ensure successful application of architectural design, support development and delivery of products, and implement systematic leveraging and reuse of enterprise components- Understand the information needs, data sources and their limitations and ensures data is validated, stored, protected, and processed accurately and timely- Develop software documentation that will provide guidance installing and operationalizing software products or systems- Work collaboratively with development teams and communicate clearly and concisely, especially when dealing with technical topicsWorking with AGILE - ScrumCritical Skills to Possess :- 8-15 years of experience in C++, Object Oriented Programming, multi-threading, socket (TCP/IP) programming- Good Understanding of Modern C++- Good communication skills- Good knowledge of databases (MSSQL or PostgreSQL or SQLite)- Experience in an Agile development environment- Debugging, troubleshooting: ability to translate symptoms and problems into root causes- A continual learner that stays up to date on the latest technologiesGood to have :- Experience in programming in Linux environment- Knowledge of client side, HTTP, HTML, Java script, XML, Ajax, SOAP, REST, Bootstrap 3.0Preferred Qualifications :- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience (ref:hirist.tech)
