Position : AEP-Senior EngineerExperience : 4+ yrsLocation : Mode : HybridNotice Period : Immediate - 15daysJob responsibilities :- Participate in the Technical design & Planning process.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AEP solutions that meet our clients' business objectives.- Participate in the technical design and planning process to Implement best practices on Technology.- Remove roadblocks, identify workarounds and agility to the project and ability to build a new techno functional case study.- Develop and maintain AEP data models, schemas, and integrations with other systems. - Implement and manage data governance and data quality processes for AEP data. - Ensure that AEP solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other AEP developers and team members.- Stay up-to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to AEP and digital marketing.- Strong collaboration and technical skills to drive client projects from design concept stage to providing innovative scientific solutions.- Lead brain storming sessions with teams to develop some path breaking innovations.- Become a go-to person for internal teams and client teams on strategic questions.- Ensuring that Verti curl's best practices - frameworks, tools, etc are well used as appropriate by internal teams and outputs included in client presentations.- Work together with WPP partners, to create few visible differences on brands.Minimum qualifications and technical skills :- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - At least 4 years of experience in developing digital marketing solutions using Adobe Experience - Cloud technologies, including AEP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager - Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration, and data governance principles- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.- Experience in integrating AEP with other technologies and platforms is a plus- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with good stakeholder and PMO skills (ref:hirist.tech)
