We are hiring for our Noida Sec 62 office, only work from office 5 days.Role Overview :The Test Lead will be responsible for leading testing efforts for projects in the US healthcare domain. They will oversee test planning, execution, and automation, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.Experience :8-12 years of experience in software testing with a focus on the US healthcare domain.Strong experience in Selenium automation (70% or more).Experience leading testing efforts for complex projects.Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.Responsibilities :Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases based on business requirements.Lead and mentor a team of testers to execute test plans effectively.Conduct manual and automated testing using Selenium and other tools.Define and implement test automation frameworks and best practices.Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and overall quality metrics.Participate in peer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes.
