Job Description :We are hiring for our Noida office, Sec 62; work from office only.The Senior Tester will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of software applications in the US healthcare domain, with a focus on Selenium automation and domain-specific expertise.Experience :6-8 years of experience in software testing, with a significant focus on Selenium automation (90% or more).Strong knowledge of US healthcare applications and domain-specific testing requirements.Experience with testing tools and frameworks.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities :Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios for functional and non-functional testing.Conduct automated testing using Selenium and other tools, with a focus on achieving high test coverage.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions.Document and report test results, defects, and overall quality metrics.Mentor junior testers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
