Location - Remote ( moonlightning can work )Contract Duration - 6 months - 1 yearJob Title: Salesforce ArchitectRole Overview:As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions within our organization. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical designs, ensuring the integrity and scalability of our Salesforce architecture, and guiding the development team in implementing these designs effectively.Key Responsibilities:1. Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.3. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce features and functionalities to meet specific business requirements.4. Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.5. Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce governance policies, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce development within the organization.6. Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance optimization and scalability improvements within the Salesforce environment.7. Security: Ensure the security and compliance of Salesforce solutions, implementing appropriate security measures and controls.8. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.Qualifications and Skills:- Salesforce Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Salesforce, with proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and other relevant modules.- Certifications: Preferably holds Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Architect.- Domain Knowledge: Must have experience in Media Industry. Prefer to have hands on experience in Media Cloud implementation.- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, and development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.- Architecture Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach to finding solutions to complex technical challenges.- Leadership: Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce architecture roles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
