NP : Immediate JoinersLocation : Pune Bangalore Open for Night shift Key Responsibilities :- Design and Development : Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications and solutions.- Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.- Testing and Debugging : Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and systems.Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve development processes and software quality.- Problem-Solving : Analyze and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner.- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.Qualifications :Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST/SOAP).- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and database management systems.- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).Soft Skills :- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
