We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating clear and concise documentation for a variety of technical materials, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is not only an excellent communicator but also has a keen understanding of complex technical concepts and the ability to transform them into easily understandable content.Location: BangaloreTimings : 1:30pm to 10:30pm (US Shift)Responsibilities:- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts.- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and process documents.- Organize and present information in a clear and concise manner suitable for the target audience.- Revise, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product releases and updates.- Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.Qualifications & Requirements:- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Technical Communication, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.- Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar and writing skills.- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easily digestible content.- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MadCap Flare, or similar.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Adaptability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Sigma certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
