Job Title : Python DeveloperJob Description :We are seeking a skilled Backend Python Developer to join our development team. As a Backend Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications and APIs that power our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, implement efficient and scalable solutions, and ensure the overall performance and reliability of our backend systems.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Python.- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.- Develop and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.- Implement security measures and data protection strategies to safeguard sensitive information.- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications in production environments.- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in backend development and propose innovative solutions to enhance our systems.Requirements :- Proven experience as a Backend Python Developer or similar role.- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and related frameworks such as Django or Flask.- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.- Experience with developing RESTful APIs and integrating with frontend applications.- Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) and SQL query optimization.- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows (e.g., Agile/Scrum).- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and deploying applications in a cloud environment.- Understanding of software development lifecycle and familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Nice to Have :- Knowledge of other programming languages, such as JavaScript or Go.- Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Experience with message queue systems, such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.- Understanding of caching mechanisms, such as Redis or Memcached.- Knowledge of scalable and distributed systems architecture.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Confluence.If you are a motivated Backend Python Developer with a passion for building scalable and efficient server-side applications, we would love to hear from you.
