Position - Kafka DeveloperLocation - Pune/Hyderabad/GurgaonExperience - 8+We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Kafka Developer who has extensive experience in ETL processes and Java/Spring Boot development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance data pipelines and applications. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure our data and application solutions are efficient, reliable, and scalable.Key Skills : Expert in Kafka, ETL and Java / Springboot Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable Kafka-based data pipelines.- Implement and manage ETL processes to handle large volumes of data efficiently.- Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot applications to support various business functions.- Optimize Kafka clusters for performance and scalability.- Integrate Kafka with other data processing frameworks and storage solutions.- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other developers to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.- Ensure data security, integrity, and governance policies are adhered to in all data engineering processes.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and application performance.- Monitor and manage Kafka cluster performance, job execution, and resource utilization.- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Kafka, ETL, and Java/Spring Boot.- Proven experience in designing and implementing Kafka-based data pipelines.- Strong proficiency in ETL processes and tools.- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot framework.- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.- Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.What we provide :- Opportunities to develop and grow as an engineer.
