Job Title: Business Analyst - 3-6 Years Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client requirements, suggesting optimized solutions, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and the project team. A strong understanding of trending technologies and a background in Agile methodologies will be key to success in this role. Responsibilities: Engage with clients to comprehend their business processes and requirements thoroughly. Transform client needs into clear, comprehensible functional documents. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with project teams and business stakeholders. Coordinate with sales teams for detailed requirement gathering and validation. Facilitate joint meetings with project teams to elucidate the functionalities and implications of requirements. Serve as the liaison between the client and project teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information. Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Scope of Work, User Stories, and other vital project proposals. Design and maintain wireframes, adhering to organizational standards, for proposed projects. Create detailed process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide both clients and project teams. Validate technical scope, ascertain technical feasibility, and align them with functional requirements. Stay updated with emerging technologies, ensuring our solutions are always at the forefront. Utilize excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills to foster clarity and trust among stakeholders. Engage in continuous learning, especially in areas like Web technology, Mobile Technology,etc. Advocate for and, if possible, implement Agile methodologies within the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a tech-driven environment. Demonstrated experience in drafting BRDs, Scope of Work, User Stories, and project proposals. Proficiency in creating wireframes and process models. Experience across various domains Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge or prior experience in Agile Methodology is a significant advantage.
