Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Line Sales Executive to join our Home Loans team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the home loan market. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers, understanding their home loan needs, and providing them with suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential customers to understand their home loan requirements. Present and explain the features and benefits of home loan products to customers. Convert leads into successful home loan applications by guiding customers through the application process. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the loan application and approval process. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the home loan market. Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market conditions and customer preferences. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all customer documentation is complete and accurate. Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home loan or financial services sector. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex financial products. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
