Job Role : Program Manager with Contact Center SkillsLocation : Austin, TX (Onsite).Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with Contact Center Skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of proven expertise in managing complex projects with a focus on contact center technologies.Responsibilities : - Lead and manage multiple agile projects within the contact center domain, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.- Utilize strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through completion.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Proficient in HTML,CSS and JavaScript for effective communication with development teams and understanding of web technologies. - Extensive experience with JIRA for project tracking and issue resolution.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools to streamline project delivery processes.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, updates, and risks effectively.- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.- Familiarity with networking concepts and cloud networking technologies.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 7+ years of experience in Agile Project Management and Project Management roles.- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Extensive hands-on experience with JIRA and other project management tools.- Strong understanding of DevOps principles.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with networking and cloud networking technologies is a plus.Location - Austin (ref:hirist.tech)
