Required Skills - GWT (Google Web Toolkit)- Angular (version 8 and above)- AJAX- Java- Spring BootRole Summary : The Sr. Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing web applications using GWT and Angular. The candidate should have extensive experience with modern web technologies and frameworks, along with a strong background in Java and Spring Boot.Responsibilities : Application Development : Design and develop web applications using GWT and Angular, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Framework Expertise : Utilize expertise in Angular (version 8 and above) and GWT to create efficient and scalable web applications.Java and Spring Boot : Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, integrating them seamlessly with the frontend.AJAX Implementation : Implement asynchronous web requests using AJAX to enhance the user experience and application performance.Code Quality : Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices and standards.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.Problem Solving : Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring the application meets both functional and non-functional requirements.Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and application interfaces.Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve existing processes and systems.Key Qualifications : Experience : - 8 to 14 years of experience in web application development.- Extensive experience with GWT and Angular (version 8 and above).- Strong background in Java and Spring Boot.Technical Skills : - Proficiency in GWT and Angular for front-end development.- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.- Strong understanding of AJAX for asynchronous web applications.- Familiarity with modern development tools and environments.Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Additional Skills : - Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.- Knowledge of web security best practices.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
