Role : DCP Solution Architect Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and GurugramExperience : 15+ yearsSkills & Qualifications :- 15+ years of experience in commerce platform in which at least 10+ years of experience in Adobe Commerce (aka Magento) and at least 2+ years of experience in another commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce, Commerce tools, SAP Hybris, SAP Commerce Cloud, etc.- Proven track record of leading large technical teams, competencies, or Centers of - Excellence (COE) in the digital marketing domain.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.- Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, PHP, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting- Experience working in pre-sale and marketing.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as commerce, D2C, experience driven commerce, personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiences- Innovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Consulting practice and be a pioneer within the industry.
