The Role:We are searching for a skilled and experienced Flutter developer to join our team and play a key role in building high-performance and visually stunning mobile applications. You will leverage your deep understanding of Flutter and Dart to create innovative and user-friendly UIs that deliver exceptional experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with talented developers, and contribute to the growth of our mobile app portfolio.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and performant mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate user stories and product requirements into robust and efficient Flutter code.- Implement clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.- Optimize application performance for various devices and screen sizes.- Troubleshoot and fix bugs efficiently, ensuring a smooth user experience.- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of quality.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reusable UI components and libraries.- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks for Flutter applications.- Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod.- Experience with integrating with native APIs and third-party libraries.Qualifications :- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's- 5-8 years of experience developing mobile applications with a strong focus on Flutter in the past 3 years.- Proficiency in Dart programming language with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.- Experience with building complex and interactive user interfaces using Flutter widgets.- Excellent understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency management in Flutter.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- A passion for mobile development and a desire to create exceptional user experiences.
