The Role : We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from building user-friendly front-end interfaces to crafting robust back-end functionalities. You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver innovative and feature-rich web applications.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.Front End :- Develop pixel-perfect user interfaces using HTML, CSS (preprocessors like Sass or Less a plus), and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications function seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested JavaScript code following best practices.- Integrate with third-party APIs and external services.- Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end trends and technologies.Back-End :- Develop APIs and web services using server-side languages like Python, Java, Node.js, or PHP.- Design and implement secure and scalable database structures.- Experience with object-relational mappers (ORMs) for data persistence (a plus).- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.- Write unit and integration tests for back-end functionalities.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot backend issues.General :- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate user stories and requirements into technical solutions.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.- Write clear and concise documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain code quality.- Work effectively in a fast-paced and agile development environment.- Possess a strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTTP, REST APIs, etc.).- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest full-stack development trends.Qualifications :- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's- 4-8 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or a similar role.- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).- Experience with a popular front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).- Solid understanding of back-end development principles and concepts.- Experience with a server-side programming language (Python, Java, Node.js, PHP).- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) (a plus).- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
