Job Title : Salesforce QA EngineerExperience : 6-10 yearsLocation : RemoteJob Summary :We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce QA Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing Salesforce applications, along with proficiency in automated testing using Katalon. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and functionality of our Salesforce modules and integrations.Responsibilities :- Test, troubleshoot, and analyze software functionality and user interfaces.- Perform manual, functional, system integration, regression, and UI (User Interface) testing.- Liaise and work closely with software developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.- Participate in feature development and drive quality into the development process.- Plan, design, and execute tests for Salesforce modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community clouds.- Modules to be tested include Account, Leads and conversion, Opportunity, Contact, Data loader, Reports & Dashboard, SF Integrations, etc.- Ensure test cases align with requirements and adhere to quality standards and guidelines.- Develop strong and productive relationships with internal customers (business users).- Ensure all individual user stories and scenarios are successfully tested for each solution component.- Conduct usability testing of customer-facing systems (web/mobile app) and secure necessary approvals.- Perform regression testing of the solution through iterative changes.Must-Haves :- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.- 6-10 years of progressive experience in software development or QA.- 4-6 years of experience with automated testing using Katalon.- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.- Proficiency in testing Salesforce modules, such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community clouds.- Specific modules include Account, Leads and conversion, Opportunity, Contact, Data loader, Reports & Dashboard, SF Integrations, etc.- Prior experience testing previous versions of SAP applications is advantageous.- Strong functional knowledge/experience with SAP and Salesforce applications.- Experience with bug and feature tracking systems such as JIRA and QC.- Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.- Proven track record in assisting with new product launches and major version updates.- Solid test management experience within a fast-paced business environment.Additional Information :- Competitive compensation package.- Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a remote setting.- Involvement in innovative projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies.
