Hiring for leading Ecommerce company, based out of jakarta.Location : RemoteRESPONSIBILITIES :- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions and innovations.- Preprocess and clean large datasets, handling missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies.- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in data.- Feature engineering: select, transform, and create relevant features for machine learning models.- Train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models using techniques like cross validation and hyperparameter tuning.- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and provide interpretations of results.- Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.- Continuously update knowledge of the latest advancements in machine learning and data scienceREQUIREMENTS :- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.- Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques, including strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, along with experience using data analysis libraries and frameworks (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow).- Experience working with large-scale datasets, distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).- Solid understanding of data warehousing, data mining, and data visualization techniques.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.NICE TO HAVE :- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or related industries, with a focus on customer analytics, personalization, or recommendation systems.- Knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, or natural language processing.- Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hive, Presto, or Cassandra.- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or D3.js.- Contributions to open-source projects, research publications, or participation in data science competitions.
