Description:
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our growing team. You will be a technical leader responsible for crafting high-performance, user-friendly, and responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript, and Redux.js. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate user stories into exceptional front-end experiences.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement complex and interactive user interfaces using React.js and its ecosystem (Redux.js for state management, React Router for routing, etc.).- Partner with designers to translate design mockups and user flows into performant and responsive React components.- Architect and implement scalable front-end applications adhering to best practices and design patterns.- Optimize component performance for various devices and screen sizes (responsive design).- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and documented code following coding standards.- Collaborate effectively with back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end functionalities.- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to foster a culture of quality.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in React.js, JavaScript, and front-end development trends.- Identify and implement performance optimization strategies to ensure a smooth user experience.- Utilize Redux.js to manage complex application state effectively.- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library (a plus).- Experience with accessibility best practices for web development (a plus).- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (a plus).- Mentor junior developers and share your knowledge to build a strong front-end team (a plus).Qualifications :- Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's- 6-12 years of experience as a React.js developer or a similar role.- In-depth knowledge of React.js core concepts, hooks, and rendering techniques.- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development practices (HTML5, CSS3).- Proven experience with Redux.js for state management in React applications.- Experience with routing libraries like React Router.- Experience with HTTP requests and data fetching techniques (Fetch API, Axios).- Experience with styling libraries or frameworks (CSS-in-JS solutions like Styled Components or Emotion) (a plus).- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
