Job Responsibilities :- Strategize planning of initiation and integration of projects - skill base consulting, outcome based- Strategize scoping of the work and ensure the right estimation of cost, size, and schedule- Ensure to track and manage the projects and deliverables across the technology organisation- Ensure quality management and defect prevention practices embedded in the day-to-day delivery- Lead technology talent acquisition - defining roles, responsibilities, interview processes, cost of hiring across multiple global geographies (including, but not limited to US, Philippines, Chile, India)- Develop and maintain talent management framework for globally distributed teams- Proactively identify and manage risks- Build client relationships and ensure client satisfaction- Ensure timely review of Vendor Work orders, Timesheets, payment advises- Support manage P&L of the unit- Define Delivery framework and ensure all projects within Technology BU aligns to the framework/guidelines.- Provide timely executive and client facing reporting for all active technology engagements, in partnership with Project Management Department- Participate in Business development activities, such as presales engineering, solutioning, and client relations.- Collaborate with Sales team in RFP responses, Proposal submissions & SOW reviews.- Manage Vendor relationships and ensure their alignment to companies goals.- Responsible for Managing attrition, high CSAT and ESAT levels, exceeding goals set for the BU.- Have Technology acumen and provide direction and guidance to Tech teams.- Develop and maintain talent mentorship and retention frameworkJob Experience Requirements :- Regularly assesses and diffuses complex, and escalated customer and employee issues- Manage all aspects of delivery to ensure overall projects adhere to quality goals to and directly support the achievement of the company's strategic objectives in a professional and successful way- Previous experience directing the efforts of a multi-functional and globally diversified team preferred- Optimize and manage the technology investment included tracking of project budget and deliverables and ensuring a detailed financial planning and tracking approach for the assigned budget- Experience in managing vendor relationships- Experience in managing senior client stakeholdersSkills :- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is highly desirable.- Experience with project tracking and management tools - such as Jira- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment, manage ambiguity and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.Required Qualification & Experience :- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Info OR MSc/MTech- 10+ years managing technology delivery across geographically distributed teams- 5+ years as an individual technology contributor- Demonstrated proficiency in successfully delivery of multiple concurrent technology projects- Experience with consulting in a client facing rolePreferred Qualification & Experience :- MBA- Technical Project Management certification (Agile/SAFe)- Proficiency with Atlassian tool suite (Jira/Confluence)- SOC1/SOC2 experience- At least one cloud technology certification (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred) (ref:hirist.tech)
