Job Title : B2B SaaS Product ManagerJob Description :We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS product development. This role is tailor-made for someone who's adept at navigating the complexities of bringing products from ideation to market, particularly in the realm of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and ML.Roles and Responsibilities :1. Product Management :- Drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and execution of our B2B SaaS products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.- Utilize market research, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver maximum value.- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, maintaining a keen focus on achieving product- market fit.- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.2. Technical Expertise :- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data products, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and differentiation within our product offerings.- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate feasibility, define technical requirements, and ensure alignment with product goals and customer requirements.3. Scrum Experience :- Serve as a Scrum master, facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Scrum team, ensuring that sprint goals are met and impediments are addressed promptly.4. Product Market Fit :- Define and measure key metrics to evaluate product-market fit, iterating on product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market insights.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop Go-to-Market strategies that drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.- Proven track record of successfully launching B2B SaaS products from 0 to 1, achieving product-market fit, and driving business growth.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with hands-on experience leading Agile teams and ceremonies.- Deep knowledge of AI, ML, and data products, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business value.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and departments.Additional Information :- This is a full-time position.
