We require excellent Voice skilled resources for our Verifications team. Excellent Voice resources who will be proficient in managing roles with customer handling / client servicing Shift Timing: Flexible Onboarding date : 17th June We require excellent Non-Voice resources for our Verifications team Excellent Non-Voice resources who will be proficient in managing back-office roles with strong excel skills Shift Timing: Flexible Onboarding date: 17th June The qualification and competencies required for this position will be: Experience – 1-3 years Competency – Critical Thinking, Analytical mind, Problem solving approach, Matured and Accountable Education – Minimum UG (10+2 passed through full time education) and above / full time diploma from accredited Education boards Good English communication skills (Verbal & written) Typing speed 30WPM with 95% accuracy They should be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
