We are looking for a Java Technical Architect to join our team of experienced software professionals.As a Java Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Java-based software systems, as well as leading a team of developers.Job Title : Java Technical ArchitectJob Type : Full-timeLocation : BangaloreEducation : BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech/MCA/MSResponsibilities :- Work with business stakeholders, and other developers to understand the requirements of the software system and develop architectural solutions that meet those requirements.- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Java-based software systems using industry best practices.- Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure that the development process follows established standards and guidelines.- Collaborate with other technical architects to ensure that the software system integrates with other systems in the enterprise architecture.- Perform code reviews to ensure that code is written according to established standards and best practices.- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the software system.- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend changes to our technology stack as necessary.- Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring that the software system is scalable, maintainable, and meets performance requirements.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Minimum of 11+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience as a technical architect.- Strong knowledge of Java-based technologies, including Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.- Experience with software design patterns, enterprise integration patterns, and micro-services architecture.- Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to lead a team of developers.- Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter.
