About the Opportunity :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMC Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining ECM solutions using FCCM and ECM technologies. Your in-depth knowledge of these platforms, combined with your experience in upgrades, migrations, and integrations, will be essential for ensuring the successful operation of our content management systems.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement customized ECM solutions using FCCM and ECM tools.- Participate in the upgrade process for FCCM systems, migrating from older versions (6.x) to the latest version (8.0.x).- Perform hands-on installations and configurations of ECM/AML solutions.- Manage the migration of ECM cases from FCCM 6.x to the new ECM platform.- Develop and implement data movement strategies to transfer data from FCCM Business Data (BD) to the ECM system.- Configure and manage ECM correlation rules for efficient content organization.- Utilize OFSAA RRF (Regulatory Reporting Framework) to run batch processes within the system.- Implement and maintain ECM security attributes and configurations to ensure data integrity and access control.- Integrate ECM with third-party applications to streamline workflows and data exchange.- Work with the ECM PMF (Process Management Framework) tool to automate processes.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FCCM and ECM functionalities.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in FCCM, ECM, and related technologies.Qualifications :- 6-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on ECM solutions.- In-depth knowledge of EMC Documentum, particularly FCCM and ECM platforms.- Proven experience in upgrading legacy FCCM systems to newer versions (e.g., 8.0.x).- Experience with data migration techniques and tools for transferring content between systems.- Hands-on experience with ECM/AML installations and configurations.- Understanding of ECM correlation principles and configuration.- Familiarity with OFSAA RRF functionalities.- Working knowledge of ECM security concepts and best practices.- Experience integrating ECM with external applications using APIs or other methods.- Knowledge of ECM PMF tool for process automation.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
