You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to ensure that our engineering department is aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of talented engineers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potentialKey responsibilities :1. Develop and implement engineering strategies : - In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth within the company. - You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the engineering department is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.2. Lead and manage a team of engineers : - As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented engineers. - This will include providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them achieve their full potential and deliver high-quality work. 3. Drive product development : - You will play a critical role in driving product development within the company. - This will include overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of new products, as well as ensuring that our engineering department is at the forefront of innovation.4. Ensure compliance and quality : - As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. - Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and ensuring that our products meet the needs and expectations of our customers.5.
