HybridJoining Period: Immediate (Max 30 days' notice period)Certifications: Certification in Oracle HCM (preferred)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a focus on Talent Management, Learning Cloud, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management solutions.- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud and Talent Management modules to meet business requirements.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.- Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and industry standards.- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.- Manage post-implementation support and maintenance activities.- Stay updated with the latest Oracle releases and updates in the HCM suite.Qualifications:Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the HCM domain, with at least 2 successful end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.- Oracle HCM certification is highly desirableLearning :- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud- Minimum 2 implementation projects for Oracle Fusion (ref:hirist.tech)
