Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appian Developer to join our growing team.- You will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical business process automation solutions using the Appian BPM Suite.- You will leverage your expertise in the full range of Appian functionalities to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business value across the organization.Responsibilities : - Analyze business requirements and translate them into optimized Appian process models, ensuring efficient and user-friendly workflows.- Design and develop complex business processes using the Appian process modeler, including tasks, gateways, subprocesses, and message events.- Utilize Appian's UI design capabilities to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for process participants.- Develop and manage business rules to automate decision-making and data validation within Appian processes.- Implement content and case management functionalities within Appian to streamline document handling and case tracking.- Integrate Appian with external systems (databases, web services) using robust and scalable methods.- Configure user access and security roles within the Appian environment.- Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Appian deployments.- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.- Document Appian processes and configurations for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Appian technologies and best practices.Qualifications : - Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's- 6-10 years of experience as an Appian Developer or a similar role.- Proven track record of successfully implementing and deploying Appian BPMS projects.- In-depth knowledge of the Appian BPM Suite functionalities (Process Modeler, UI Designer, Business Rules, Data Management, Integrations, etc.).- Expertise in designing and implementing process models that follow BPM best practices and design principles.- Experience with integrating Appian with databases, web services (SOAP & REST), and external systems.- Experience in implementing tasks (user, system, gateways), message events, subprocesses, and security configurations.- Proficient in writing SQL queries.- Certified Appian developer.- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
