About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our IT team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our IT tools and equipment. Your diverse skillset, encompassing technical expertise, communication, and project management abilities, will be essential for supporting our daily operations and driving continuous improvement.Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT tools and equipment.- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to understand technical problems and provide clear solutions.- Develop and deliver training programs to users on various IT tools and processes.- Manage and implement projects to improve operational efficiency and automation within the IT toolset.- Perform machining tasks as needed (duties may vary depending on specific requirements).- Configuration, monitoring, and management of ITSM Services (e.g., HP ServiceNow, Remedy).- Leverage DevOps experience to support CI/CD pipelines.- Create and validate dashboards for performance monitoring and data visualization.- Develop and implement automation workflows within ITSM tools to streamline operations.- Support day-to-day operations including patch management, tool upgrades, and collaborating with OEM support teams.- Manage tools access and ensure appropriate user permissions are in place.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA) in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electronics, or a related field (or higher qualification).- A relevant industry certification (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Microsoft Certified Server Administrator (MCSA), or ITIL certification) is strongly preferred.- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ITSM Tools Operations and Support.- In-depth knowledge of IT tools and technologies, including Ansible, BigFix, Dell OME, HP IRS, DNS & IPAM (INFOBLOX).- Strong understanding of ITSM services, configuration management, and monitoring principles.- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.- Ability to create and interpret dashboards for data visualization.- Experience with automation scripting and workflow development in ITSM tools.- Familiarity with patch management processes and tool upgrades.- Strong understanding of IT security principles and access control procedures.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
