About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing team. This is a remote-first position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in India while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the country. In this role, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the implementation and rollout of SAP FICO solutions for a multi-currency and multi-country environment. Your experience and expertise will be essential for ensuring successful project outcomes and maximizing the value of our SAP investment.Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the implementation of SAP FICO functionalities, including company code rollouts in a multi-currency and multi-country environment.- Conduct gap analysis and develop solutions to bridge the gap between business needs and SAP capabilities.- Configure and customize FICO modules (FI, CO, GL, AA, etc.) to meet specific business requirements.- Possess in-depth knowledge of parallel accounting and additional currency configurations for global operations.- Implement best practices for financial reporting and ensure accurate and timely financial data.- Collaborate with senior management to understand their needs and concerns.- Document functional specifications clearly and concisely.- Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of RICEF (Roles, Authorizations, Profiles, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) for SAP FICO.- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP FICO, including S/4HANA.- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.- Manage projects effectively and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.Qualifications :- 10+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementations.- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities, including FI, CO, GL, AA, and related modules.- Extensive experience in multi-currency and multi-country implementations within SAP FICO.- Strong understanding of parallel accounting principles and configurations.- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (a plus).- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including senior management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to document processes and procedures clearly and concisely.- Expertise in SAP RICEF objects and workflow configurations.- A passion for continuous learning and staying current with the latest SAP FICO advancements.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote work environment.- Immediate notice period is a plus.
