About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior RPA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in the entire RPA lifecycle, from identifying automation opportunities to designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining robust RPA solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Responsibilities:- Lead the identification and analysis of business processes for RPA suitability.- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain efficient and scalable RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable RPA solutions.- Integrate RPA solutions with existing IT systems and applications (e.g., APIs, databases).- Develop and maintain robust exception handling and error management mechanisms.- Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.- Document RPA processes clearly and concisely for future reference and maintenance.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and best practices.- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.- Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience as an RPA developer or a related role.- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex RPA solutions.- In-depth knowledge of at least one leading RPA tool (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.- Experience with scripting languages commonly used in RPA development (e.g., VBA, Python, JavaScript).- Experience with API integration and data manipulation techniques.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Experience leading and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
