About the Role:This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a passionate network professional with expertise in Arista technologies. You will leverage your skills in network administration, troubleshooting, security, and design to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of our network.Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day network administration tasks, including configuration management, user access control, and performance monitoring.- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring network stability.- Implement and maintain robust network security measures to safeguard our infrastructure and data.- Participate in the design and optimization of our network architecture to meet evolving business needs.- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless network integration and support.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in networking technologies, particularly Arista solutions.Qualifications:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network administration and support.- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching, etc.).- Experience with network troubleshooting methodologies and tools.- Working knowledge of network security concepts and best practices.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve network issues effectively.- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal teams.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Professional network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE) a plus.- Experience working with Arista network operating systems (EOS) is highly desirable.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
