We have a passionate and savvy team of technologists/professionals in the contingent workforce and services procurement industry, with one vision to create the greatest VMS/TTM (Total Talent Management) platform in the industry combined with exceptional user experience.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed institution.- Minimum 7 years of experience in Software Engineering/ Product development.- Extensive experience developing enterprise applications using Python.- Prefer candidates with experience in designing applications using Django framework.- Proficient understanding of web mark-up, DOM including HTML5, CSS3, RWD using Bootstrap, Material Design, Media queries- Good experience on writing SQL queries on MySQL complex queries and performance tuning for high volume transactions.- Excellent understanding of website authentication, security and best practices.- Good experience and understanding working with source version control on BitBucket or Github.Responsibilities :- Lead a part of our core engineering team to ensure the highest standards of design trends, implementation, performance, and security.- Write well designed, reusable, testable and efficient code for web applications.- Focus on scalability, speed, cross-browser compatibility, security, and availability of all applications and processes.- Ensuring high performance on web/mobile application development.- Establish and refine development best practices (coding standards, reviews, test coverage) for development of back-end modules, and facilitate adherence to the same.- Help the team imbibe the habit of writing high-quality code, unit/integration test cases, using CI/CD pipelines and do a code review on a daily basis to ensure it's being done correctly.- Break down tasks based on product features that need to be developed and deployed.- Deliver in a fast-paced product environment, with clear emphasis on application performance and eliminating defects leaked past product development.
