Job Description: Mandatory Skillset:.NET Core, React JS, SQL, Web API, Design Patterns, Entity Framework, C#, MVC, Micro Services, Power BI, Agile Methodology, Cloud, OOPS,. - At least 7-12 years of experience in developing web applications/products using Microsoft .NET framework.- Must have experience in guiding and mentoring the team members. - Knowledge of 3rd party framework/tools integrations. - Should have strong knowledge of JS-based UI frameworks like React. - Must be proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and RDBMS concepts.- Knowledge of reporting and BI tools will be a big plus.- Knowledge of No-SQL such as Mongo DB is a big plus.- Experience with design patterns and principles.- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members. - Setting up their goals and evaluating the performance of the team members.- Knowledge of agile scrum methodology and prior experience working in product development.- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.It's important to note that this position requires the resource to join immediately.
