About the Role:We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Lead to join our team in Gurugram. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and motivating our frontend developers to deliver innovative and user-friendly web applications. You will wear multiple hats, leading the team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing your own technical expertise to projects.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Set project goals, assign tasks, and delegate effectively to ensure timely and successful project delivery.- Champion best practices in frontend development, including code quality, maintainability, and adherence to UI/UX guidelines.- Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to translate requirements into high-fidelity frontend experiences.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge.- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Effectively communicate project progress and technical details to stakeholders, including clients.Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a development team.- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).- Experience with popular frontend frameworks and libraries is a plus.- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
