About the Role :We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Application Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive L1 and L2 support for our business-critical applications built on Azure, SQL Server, and . NET. Your strong technical skills, combined with your excellent problem-solving abilities, will be essential for diagnosing and resolving application issues efficiently.Responsibilities :- Provide first-line (L1) and second-line (L2) technical support to application users, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues.- Escalate complex issues to development teams when necessary.- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles to ensure efficient problem-solving for future occurrences.- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.- Perform basic root cause analysis to identify the source of application problems.- Collaborate with development teams to understand system functionalities and troubleshoot issues effectively.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Azure, SQL Server, and .NET technologies.- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with users.- Adhere to established IT support policies and procedures.Qualifications :- 3+ years of experience in application support or a related technical role.- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Microsoft Azure.- Proficiency in SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.- Solid knowledge of . NET development framework (e.g., ASP.NET, .NET Core).- Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users and technical teams.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
