Key Responsibilities :Leadership and Team Management :- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, developers, and other technical staff.- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide professional development opportunities.Project Management :- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects.- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration.Technical Strategy and Innovation :- Develop and implement the technical strategy aligned with the company's goals.- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance productivity and quality.Technical Expertise :- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex issues.- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.- Review and approve architectural designs, code, and technical documentation.Stakeholder Management :- Collaborate with other departments, including product management, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for technical initiatives.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and technical issues.Quality Assurance :- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.- Monitor and improve system performance and reliability.Required Qualifications :Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.- A Master's degree is preferred.Experience :- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, engineering, or a related technical field.- At least 7 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar.- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Soft Skills :- Strong leadership and team-building skills.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Preferred Qualifications :Certifications :- PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications.- Agile/Scrum certification.
