Description:

Role Description : - 4-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and support. - Minimum 2 implementations end to end on Employee Central and should have worked on support projects as well. - Should be certified in Employee Central. - Provide second-level support to HR and end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems. - Experience with integrations and data management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in data migration from legacy systems to SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules like Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management System is a plus.- Ability to document and communicate system changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally and through written documentation to management, peers, and other employees.- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues.- Familiarity with SAP HCM and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) would be advantageous (ref:hirist.tech)
