Job Overview :We are seeking an experienced Module Lead with over 7 years of experience to oversee the design, development, and delivery of software modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Angular, and React, with a proven track record of leading development teams. This role requires excellent technical, leadership, and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and team collaboration.Key Responsibilities :Module Development :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software modules using Java, Angular, and React.- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications.Team Leadership :- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.- Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to project requirements.Project Management :- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.- Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.Collaboration and Communication :- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers.- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the development team and with other stakeholders.- Provide regular updates and reports on project status and team performance.Technical Expertise :- Utilize expertise in Java, Angular, and React to drive technical solutions.- Implement best practices in software development, including TDD, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.Quality Assurance :- Ensure the development of high-quality software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.- Implement automated testing strategies and continuous integration practices.- Address and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.Required Experience and Skills :Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience :- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java, Angular, and React.- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing software modules.- Strong background in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in Java, Angular, and React.- Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with front-end and back-end development, as well as integration of both.- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.- Experience with databases, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Soft Skills :- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Preferred Qualifications :Certifications :- Relevant certifications in Java, Angular, React, or related technologies.Additional Experience :- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).- Background in agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
