We are hiring for German MNC. Position : M365 Collaboration Consultant. Experience : 8 to 12 Years. Location : Pune (Remote). Notice period : 30 Day's ( Preferred immediate joiner/ serving notice period). Skills required :SharePoint and SharePoint Online Administration :- Design, implement, and manage SharePoint sites and solutions to support business collaboration needs.- Migrate on-premises SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.- Customize SharePoint sites and solutions to meet specific business requirements.- Manage SharePoint permissions, site collections, and content management.Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) :- Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes.- Design and build custom applications using PowerApps to meet business needs.- Create and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights.- Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Planner :- Administer and configure Microsoft Teams to enhance collaboration and communication.- Manage OneDrive for Business, ensuring secure and efficient file storage and sharing.- Implement and manage Planner to support task and project management across teams.WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, with a focus on SharePoint and PowerPlatform.- Proven experience in building automated workflows using PowerAutomate.- Strong knowledge of PowerApps development and Power BI analytics.- Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Planner.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business users and IT team members.- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, or similar are highly desirable.- Experience with data migration from on-premises to cloud-based SharePoint environments.- Knowledge of governance and best practices for SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.- Familiarity with integrating PowerPlatform solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and administration tasks.- Ability to create detailed technical documentation and user guides.
