About the Opportunity :We are seeking a motivated Verification and Validation Engineer to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products and systems throughout the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to identify and address potential issues, ensuring our products meet all functional and non-functional requirements.Responsibilities :- Participate in the entire V&V process, including requirements analysis, test planning, test case development, test execution, and defect reporting.- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases covering all aspects of system functionality.- Conduct various testing activities, including functional testing, non-functional testing (performance, usability, etc.), and system integration testing.- Analyze test results, identify and document defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues effectively.- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers regarding potential problems.- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools.- Create and maintain clear and concise test documentation.- Communicate test results effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the V&V process within the organization.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Verification and Validation engineering.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.- Experience with various testing methodologies (functional, non-functional, performance, usability).- Proficiency in test automation tools is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
