We are currently seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our data products, our data infrastructure, our data teams, and our company.Job Description AI/ML EngineerAs a Machine Learning Engineer at sprouts, you will be at the forefront of developing state-of-the-art machine learning models and applications. You will play a crucial role in researching, designing, deploying, and monitoring ML solutions in a production environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of advanced technologies and contribute to the development of innovative products and services.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement statistical and deep learning models.Develop and deploy generative AI models.Train, deploy, and monitor ML applications in a production environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products.Optimize and scale ML models for performance and efficiency.Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices for ML engineering.Required Skills:Strong understanding of Statistical Machine Learning and Deep Learning principles.Experience with Generative AI techniques and applications.Proficiency in Python and key ML libraries including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.Familiarity with generative AI frameworks such as Langchain and Llama-index.Experience with Multiprocessing and Multithreading for optimizing ML workloads.Knowledge of async io for asynchronous programming in Python.Technologies FaceLangchainLlama-indexMultiprocessing and Multithreadingasync ioBehavioral Competencies:Strong team collaboration and communication skills.Highly self-motivated and proactive in driving projects forward.Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
