Description:
Key Responsibilities :Design and Development :- Design and develop IoT and cloud-native applications.- Work closely with onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.- Implement microservices and build robust APIs.Technical Leadership :- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.- Review and improve existing codebases and systems.- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Cloud and IoT Solutions :- Develop and deploy solutions on the Azure platform.- Write Azure functions and develop microservices using Azure services.- Utilize Azure IoT Hub for IoT solutions.- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):- Implement and manage CI/CD processes to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline development and deployment workflows.Database Management :- Design, implement, and manage databases, including SQL (e.g., MS SQL Server) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.Problem Solving and Communication :- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and provide updates.Required Experience and Skills :Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Experience :- 10 to 12 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on IoT and cloud-native applications.- Proven experience in designing and developing applications using C#.- Strong experience with .NET and .NET Core frameworks.- Experience in developing and managing SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MongoDB).- Significant experience in building microservices and APIs.- Well-versed with Azure platform and writing Azure functions.- Practical experience with Azure IoT Hub.- Experience with CI/CD processes.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in programming languages: C#.- Expertise in frameworks : .NET and .NET Core.- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.- Experience with cloud providers, specifically Azure.- Familiarity with microservices architecture and building APIs.- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.- Hands-on experience with Azure IoT Hub and related technologies.Soft Skills :- Excellent problem-solving abilities.- Strong communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.Preferred Qualifications :- Certifications:- Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer Associate or similar certifications.- Certifications in IoT or cloud technologies.Additional Experience :- Experience working in an Agile development environment.- Familiarity with other cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.- Knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.
