Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our technical team and drive the development of our cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.Strategic Development : - Define, develop, and implement engineering strategies in collaboration with executive team members to achieve company goals.- Manage the engineering budget and allocate resources effectively.Technical Leadership :- Lead DevOps and Cloud initiatives.- Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including :1. Analysis and study of business requirements2. Creation of technical and functional specifications3. Data, interface, and process design4. Module and interface development5. Testing, integration, and implementationTeam Management : - Lead and manage the engineering team, including responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance management.- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.- Ensure the team adheres to best practices and standards.Collaboration and Planning :- Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and timelines.- Ensure the technical feasibility of product requirements and deliverables.Technology and Innovation : - Stay current with technology trends and recommend new technologies and approaches to enhance the engineering process and product development.- Developing and testing software applications.- Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise during development and post-deployment.- Producing detailed design documentation to guide development and support processes.- Developing comprehensive user documentation.Project Support :- Independently support the entire project lifecycle, including deployment.- Analyze and resolve issues in Production, Development, and UAT environments.Requirements :Experience : 10-15 years of professional experience in software development. Technical Skills : Proficiency in coding is a MUST.Skills and Attributes :- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.- Excellent organizational skills.
