Job Role : ServiceNow Architect (ITOM). Location : Pune / Bangalore / Gurgaon Gurugram (Hybrid). Job Type : Fulltime. Experience : 12+ Years. Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the ServiceNow platform delivers maximum value to our IT operations.Key Responsibilities :- Solution Design and Architecture :- Design and architect ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.- Develop architectural blueprints and implementation strategies to meet business requirements.- Ensure alignment of ITOM solutions with industry best practices and enterprise standards.Implementation and Integration : - Lead the technical implementation of ITOM modules on the ServiceNow platform.- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other ITSM and ITOM tools and systems.- Develop custom workflows, automation scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow capabilities and APIs.Platform Optimization :- Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow ITOM platform.- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.- Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.Stakeholder Collaboration : - Work closely with IT operations, service management, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members and administrators.Documentation and Compliance :- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the ITOM architecture, configurations, and processes.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Training and Support :- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ITOM-related issues.
